  • About Megan

I didn’t arrive here because I had life figured out.
I arrived here because, like many people, I spent years trying to understand why some seasons felt so much harder than they appeared from the outside. Along the way, I found myself drawn to mindfulness, psychology, nervous system science, relationships, and the ways we make meaning of our lives.

As a therapist, writer, mother, and lifelong student of human nature, I’ve spent years exploring what helps people feel more grounded, connected, and at home within themselves.

What I’ve learned is that lasting change rarely comes from pushing harder or trying to become someone else. More often, it begins with learning to listen—to our bodies, our relationships, our values, and the quieter wisdom that can get lost beneath the noise of everyday life.

Nestled Knowing Journal is where I share reflections, observations, and practical insights from that ongoing exploration. Some pieces emerge from my professional experience. Others emerge from parenting, partnership, mindfulness practice, neurodiversity, grief, growth, and the ordinary challenges of being human.

My hope is that these words offer a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.an’s approach helped me find clarity and peace.
